Hi PENowiec team,

Similarly, in our part of the world (Malaysia) we also have a PEN group called “PEN lovers” and for now it works off Facebook. We do TTs (get togethers and shooting outings) and we even have our own t-shirts.

In our group, we currently have PEN lovers shooting street, portraiture, urban landscape, automotive, fine art, black and white, and macro. We are slowly increasing our group and hopefully will also expand the genres.

In GAS language, the group shoot with 4/3 & M4/3 AF lenses and, vintage and latest manual lenses like Lensbaby and Nokton. We have portraiture PEN lovers who even shoot with twin flash units (TTL remote triggering). So we have a pool of knowledge and experience on PEN.

Our group has been quite active and todate, we have more than 250 postings on our Facebook page.

Our country has 13 states and we currently have PEN lovers from 3 states. One day, we will touch all states.

Our group hope one day Olympus will organise a way for all PEN groups to link up.

Our motto is “Capturing and Sharing Life in a Mightier Way”.
